Membership terms

1. To ensure privileges for all members, no member-only services will be available to those who have not completed all registration procedures.
2. In order to ensure you enjoy our membership privileges, when applying for membership you agree two the following two requirements:
(1) All information is correct, verifiable and complete.
(2) Any changes must be immediately reflected.
3. Should you falsify any information, you alone will hold legal responsibility, and the company shall not be held liable.
4. Your user name and password are provided at your own discretion and should be held in confidence; you are solely responsible for all actions pertaining to said account.
5. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, or if you have any questions related to your account, please let us know immediately so we can provide prompt assistance. Assistance does not automatically entail financial or compensatory liabilities for the company.
6. The Master Guest House is available only to select clients for long-term stays, and does not service as a hotel. Rent by day or week is only available to Master Guest House VIP members.
